About the Scholarship

The Aden “Jack” Cooper Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in November 2016 for the purpose of providing financial assistance to a deserving student studying real estate within the USA Mitchell College of Business. The scholarship is named after Jack Cooper, founder of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cooper & Co. Inc., REALTORS, to honor his work ethic, character, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to the Mobile Bay real estate market since 1970.

Meet Our Scholarship Recipients

 Eligibility Requirements

  • Be a full-time student with the University of South Alabama
  • Be a rising Junior or Senior majoring in the USA Mitchell College of Business with a concentration in Real Estate
  • Must have a minimum 3.0GPA
  • Must be a resident of Mobile or Baldwin County, Alabama
